fixed with cs2 reinstall (+ delete userdata 730 folder)

Check whether or not you have launch options set in one of the account but not on the other.

There is no launch options on both accs
Everything is just the same
I double check settings, parameters etc

Found some difference
On main account when I type sys_info in console it says "render 1280x1024; display 1280x1024"
On smurf it says "render 1280x1024; display 1920x1080"
You can check it in attached screenshots. Every other settings are similar.

Fixed: It can be disabled via RegEdit
