I think both. But on Ethernet it gets worse, so I use wifi (stable with 0 bufferbloat). I use win 10 with ventoy and revi cfg. I will try to clear bios and install ltct win

I dont know what to even think, after any tweak ang changing some settings and drivers my game changes. now I am in state where my enemies are not predictable at all, they are moving fast and not only when peaking also while changing direction its like faster than fast.
