Re: 尝试将MouseDataQueueSize 调整为十进制300
I was testing `mousedataqueuesize 91` in decimal and found that the entire computer became very laggy, but the mouse pointer latency was very low, and the accuracy in games was excellent.
Windows' mouse pointer trajectory is just too complex. I suspect even Microsoft itself may not be able to ...

Re: The mouse drifting issue potential breakthrough
The earliest mention of input lag dates back to the Windows 98 era, and I can confirm that XP and Win7 systems also have input lag, even with DWM completely disabled.

stop these placebo windows tweaks ffs :D
The `mousedataqueuesize` value causing mouse issues was confirmed by Microsoft during the Windows XP era, but it has never been completely resolved. Microsoft simply set the default value to 100.

I also tested decimal -1, and it automatically became 4294967295. This also works very well; bullets can easily hit enemies.

I tested it for a long time in CS1.6 and the mouse response is much faster.

尝试将MouseDataQueueSize 调整为十进制300
I tried adjusting MouseDataQueueSize to 300 (decimal).
I found that the input latency decreased. You can try it out.

I'ts not Micorsoft of course, because its exactly the same on Linux as well, and I've even tried ancient Windows XP and it was still the same.
So why do issues remain on a UPS while fully disconnected from the mains/grid?
What do you mean disconnected UPS? You cannot get realistic results ...
