I understand this is probably a dumb question but I don't know nothing about screens.
I got curious last night and ran all the tests available on the website(Ghosting, blurline etc).
Could I have caused any harm/damage to my laptop's mini-led screen?

Can't help you but I can say I've got the exact same problem with my new Asus Scar 18 I bought last month, RTX 4090 version.
