Re: Life saving zero input lag glitch on 1680x1050 screen resolution
When you drop resolution like that, your lcd's pixel clock doesn't have to run at max speed. Maybe it can't handle max speed, or anything close to that speed. That's all I got. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Re: I just fixed my input lag and it won't come back
I use these cheap mousepads:

Razer Gigantus V2 Cloth Gaming Mouse Pad (Medium): Thick, High-Density Foam - Non-Slip Base - Classic Black
$10
They seem fine to me.
Only downside is no rgb lights. /jk

Re: RTSS Scanline Sync HOWTO
Switch to front edge or back edge sync in RTSS settings and set a frame limit that EXACTLY matches your refresh rate in addition to enabling scanline sync. This is called "hybrid scanline sync" and it can help keep the tearline stable. See:
for anyone trying to figure out what you real ...

Re: RTSS now has new automatic Low-Lag VSYNC ON (raster based)
Just wanted to say this works GREAT for Guild Wars 2 with my 4070ti super (non-vrr lcd).
GPU usage is typically around 10% in this game with max graphics. This is the first game I was able to get it working perfectly in, probably because of the ultra low gpu usage.

Re: DPC latency issue
This is the latencymon test but without an AMD gpu driver.
Are you testing DPC latency at the desktop when the pc is idling?
If you are, then unfortunately that's useless. Of course your gpu driver is going to behave that way under no load. It's idling.
See how the driver behaves while ...

Re: Does CRU custom res introduce input lag?
You're really making this way more difficult than it needs to be. You tried nothing, and you're all out of ideas.
Enable gpu scaling first. You have it disabled.
Look, I'm not your personal google machine. You're on your own now.

Re: Does CRU custom res introduce input lag?
how to use "integer scaling " on amd ?
I don't know the exact steps since I have an nvidia card, but...
I would check for something like "integer scaling" under something like "scaling methods" where you can change your resolution from a dropdown list in your AMD control panel software ...

Re: Does CRU custom res introduce input lag?
you are funny do you play cs2?
No, but if I did, and wanted to play it at 640x480 @ exactly 240hz for some reason, then I'd make a custom res at native res @ 240hz and use integer scaling from 640x480. Boom. Done.
In a fps shooter, you can only use pixel perfect resolution scaling, otherwise ...

Re: Does CRU custom res introduce input lag?
What game are you trying to play? Maybe actually buy a 640x480 monitor for that 100% retro feel? I wouldn't. Honestly, just make a custom res at native res @ whatever refresh you need, then use integer (or whatever) scaling on your gpu. I don't understand how that would look bad to you.

Re: Does CRU custom res introduce input lag?
That gpu can do integer scaling. Have you tried it? It's the only way you're going to get a pixel perfect image from that res onto your screen. Well, no scaling will do that too, but it'll be really small. Integer scaling is pixel perfect. Other scaling methods are not going to be pixel perfect, as ...
