Re: HIGH % YOUR InputLag/HitReg IS NETWRK RELATED.
cuz netadaptercx dont have rss cuz that is new gen nic driver based on wdf01000.sys, 1 core - 1 interrupt, you can only move that core.
This is not true I have over 200 Servers and Workstations with non NDIS (netadaptercx) drivers and RSS enabled and working see here:

Re: CS2 Margin Graph
this can only happen if your ISP is using PPPoE.... if you are on IPoE (DHCP) lease time is too long to get a new IP address if you disconnect the ethernet WAN port then reconnect it....

The margin graph actually showing green and no red/yellow doesn't tell the whole story, the height of the green bars should technically display how big the recv. margin ...

Depending what happens on the server (player joining many grenades and stuff) I saw this number rise above 20. But I can test either late tonight or tomorrow again. But I think you got it wrong, the second number after the build date should be the ping / rtt.

Re: CS2 Margin Graph
I don't understand that wording, so below desired recv. margin, If 0.1% arrived below desired recv. margin then these packets did arrive late in that context.
In my case 70% - 90% arrive below desired recv margin which means they are late. Simulated ticks (server state) would catch them barley in ...
