I second this I also want the RouterOS settings you have I work with mikrotik for 15 years and I have like 10 different mtiks lying around.

if somebody stumbles upon this in the future I want to add some infos for manually setting the SNR. I am living in Germany I have Vodafone-Cable and german telekom VDSL50 both very unstable so I looked for solutions in the past to increase my snr to gain a more stable connection.
