yes but only a few of us experience that "temporary fix " when you dont touch peripherals or when your alt tab so idk if we rlly have the same source of the problem

Well noone knows what it really is, if they knew they would have fixed it.
Even people that do have grounding might not have "good enough" grounding.

yes everything is fine i just bought this destkop but as i said i had the same issue in ps4 ( the second one where the problem started ) and my gaming laptop , so idk , about discharging the pc could it be because grounding is bad or non existent ?

Probably discharging the PC a bit by touching it ? Not 100% sure if that's possible.

it is the main circuit breaker , and its amps value can be changed , 10 15 20 25 and the max is 30 amps , as i said i cant change it myself if so i would’ve done it before posting , idk if it could be the cause of my problem but i doubt that , as for the grounding part idk im not supposed ...
