Do you mean, if you are using win11, then change Flags to 211 in the registry when opening mpo?

Don't use fse if you are on windows 11 if you are just turn on mpo and enable optimizations

Could someone else test this and see if it does reduce input lag I tried it myself but don't see much of a difference

I believe this is caused by shader cache try disabling shader cache when you switch accounts and see whether that fixes it
