What is the best settings for vg249qm1a

I use FPS mode, Brightness 30, contrast 90. I like to use VividPixel otherwise the picture is too blurry. ShadowControl to 1 or 2.

Unfortunately for me, the panel died 3 months in and now it says the warranty has expired lol.

There's a 1080p version using an HVA panel called P2510H, anyone knows if the smearing problem is improved compared to the old VA panels?
