Make sure tearing is visible BEFORE you enable RTSS for Scanline Sync If you don't see any tearing, disable RTSS and fix your tearing FIRST before re-enabling RTSS. For users who want to combine RTSS Scan Line Sync with VSYNC ON / Fast Sync / Enhanced Sync 1. Use VSYNC OFF first 2.
