So I have G-Sync and V-Sync on as you guys recommend! But what about these 3 settings in Windows 11?
i recommend you stop having vsync globally on in the nvidia control panel if you're doing that.
global driver vsync on may cause vrr to trigger on apps that weren't designed for that... and ...

I have a 144hz compatible gsync monitor with internal adaptive sync selected to off
Shouldn't this be set to ON if you want g-sync to work?
1) If I understand correctly the GSync ON + VSync ON option is the safest and can be considered global but not totally free of possible tearing effects ...

Also can someone explain what it is called? I see alot of results for screen tearing, but it doesnt look like the picture being cut in half. Its just a faint grey line.
