Blue Light filter is causing headache and migraine making me completely disabling it
I previously thought that its just FRC but after getting a True 8 bit monitor it situation improved a lot but the problem is still there not solved completely see my previous post please.

I bought a Dell S2225-H True 8 bit, It improved a lot but still caused a lot of dizziness so i tried disabling all kinds of blue light filter and my headache is gone its hard to work on with very bluish display but i am trying to find solution of this problem.

Iam using AMD system (CPU and GPU),I have Intel and NVIDIA system too For testing.

The eyetrain and Headaches are too much with this system than intel and Nvidia(maybe because AMD uses dithering by default)
and i have tried Intel and nvidia i also tried disabling Dithering on Nvidia X ...
