I tried all type/length of cables, moving wi-fi close/far and etc. Nothing was changing and I doubt that extender did a thing for you. Run with it for a couple of days and give a feedback.
Wi-fi hypothesis is more promising in my opinion.

Ok, Chances are you've done most of the tweaks found on here which likely relieved some of your issues as ive done so myself like bios, rufus windows, reg edits, power plan, device manager, ram timings etc., there are many awesome ppl on here with great insight on any topic trying to help ...

are you talking about "Buffering to smooth over packet loss" ? in cs2 options menu ?
don't sure if placebo or not but i apply this all without even restart and played some CS2 DM and it was much better...
but i am right now experementing much with internet and network settings and VPN ...

I've been experimenting with some settings that needed to be disabled in gpedit and now I have massively reduced desync. The last two that disable cmd and regedit should be set before playing games and reenabled when needed. There is a potential for placebo as always but the reason I'm sharing ...

Hey, im having the same delayed hit reg and teleporting enemy movement and i turn on the setting in valorant>video setting>stat>network RTT + Processing delay. my ping is 20ms but my network rtt + processing delay is 50ms, which in total i have 30ms of delay which also causes weird delayed lag ...
