can anyone tell me the best setting to a smoother image? i want the least delay possible, even if i get worst picture quality.

i have a xl2411z monitor with vt1502 and the settings that veteran users advice and works great on my pc.
but now i bought a Xbox One S and the image dont look so good...
what settings should i use? dunno if its important but i only play Fifa 18.
