In this case, it's not Windows, unless you're absolutely sure that the laptop was supplied with the original Windows, and not the cmd kms activator. In any case, I wish you success, I really hope that you will cope on this difficult path!

Like many here. I have tried everything possible so far that I can do to fix this desync/input lag. I travel with a good gaming laptop.

And would like to add that THIS PROBLEM EXISTS EVERYWHERE. I have tried in many different countries such as US(home country), UK, Netherlands, Indonesia, Japan ...
