So If I use a NVCP frame cap at 158 (automatic cap by reflex) and disable reflex would I achieve the same latency? 
Also is it better to use NULL ultra or a frame cap in combination with reflex if I decided to use reflex?

Oh okay! If I set the frame cap at 160 in the NVCP the reflex capper overrides it and caps my frames at 158, so to configure it you mean I have to set a capper below the 158 reflex cap?

I noticed when I turned reflex off and use a frame capper my game becomes smoother, if I’m not bottlenecked do I need reflex after all?
