Re: Asus RoG Strix XG27AQM
I noticed that I cannot select ELMB Sync in certain games like CoD:Warzone. I'm not sure why. I maintain typically over 120fps during gameplay. Is it not possible to enable ELMB Sync if adaptive sync is enabled in certain games?

Re: ASUS PG279QM vs XG27AQM
I just noticed that the side of the box states that the XG27AQM has variable overdrive. Not sure how to verify that, but if it's not false advertising then that's one less advantage of the PG279QM.

Re: ASUS PG279QM vs XG27AQM
My XG27AQM came in today. I played some games with ELMB Sync on. It works pretty well at the higher refresh rates. ELMB doesn't look that great down at 120hz on the UFO test, but 270hz and in game it looked fine. I wish it were brighter for daytime usage, but that's the typical downside. G-Sync pend...

Re: ASUS PG279QM vs XG27AQM
I decided to order the ASUS XG27AQM since I found it in stock, but I still have the PG279QM on preorder. I can only afford to keep one. If I like the XG27AQM enough I will keep it and cancel my preorder and save myself $200. I will be comparing it to my Viewsonic XG270QG and Alienware AW2521H setup....

ASUS PG279QM vs XG27AQM
I've been looking into both of these monitors, and I keep going back and forth over which I'd prefer. At this point I might just end up ordering both and return the one I don't like, but I'd rather avoid doing that. I'm wondering if anyone has some personal experience or advanced knowledge of these ...

Dual GPUs: State of input lag + micro-stutter?
The last time I had a dual GPU solution (6990 CF), the experience was horrible. 50fps with a single GPU was smoother than two of those cards running at 100fps. I was looking for a resolution bump by getting a larger display, but I will need extra hardware to run it at 120fps. Do dual GPUs add as muc...

Half of G-SYNC Screen Laced with Vertical Blue Bars! [kit]
I turned on my monitor this afternoon and I was greeted with half of my screen showing vertical blue bars. http://i.imgur.com/ZUJlhLA.jpg This appears to only happen at 120hz. It's not the video cable. I don't have another DP 120hz monitor to check if it's the video card's display output. I'd prefer...

Re: [G-SYNC Kit] WARNING! Be careful with brown clip/blue ri
I'm thinking I should probably get a replacement with my board if you are having good luck with their support staff. Here's a pic of what my connector looks like now. http://imgur.com/TqWEcNb It still works, but it is discomforting. I noticed that the metallic tape is already starting to come off. :...

Re: WARNING: Be careful with brown clip [G-SYNC Upgrade Kit]
I had the same issue, except one of the traces popped up off the PCB! It still makes a connection, so it works. I'm assuming this is just the connection for the menu buttons?
