The ROG mouse sounds pretty decent.
It has a great sensor in it, but what we find sometimes is that super high poling rates lead to a sort of jitter that happens during tracking.
Lots of mice are able to run at 1000hz, and often have to be turned down to 500hz to prevent jitter.

Re: Acer Predator Z35 G-SYNC Monitor
I never once got GSync to work in SLI mode. I gave away me other GTX670 and went to a single card to avoid Gsync and SLI issues. When I upgraded, I had a chance to get 2x GTX 770's for real cheap, and instead saved more and bought a single GTX 780Ti SC edition to avoid any more SLI issues. Single ca...

Yeah, I'm 'Monte0704' that you responded to. Thanks a bunch for that. Obviously you can say it better than anyone else.

Thanks Glide. That was about what I thought. Maybe a bit, but nothing detrimental.

GtG response times question
I was asked a question whilst discussing 144hz monitors. The question was, if you set a 144hz, 1ms response time, TN panel monitor (Asus ROG Swift) next to a 144 hz, 5ms response time, IPS monitor (Acer XB270HU) would you be able to see the smear on the IPS display? If they were both at 144 fps, whi...

Re: Failed GSync kit.
Well, actually, now that you mention it, MORE worryingly, GSync was shut off.
I was playing CSGO, and so I was not using ULMB OR GSync. GSync was shut off in the NCP at the time of the failure. It was just being a normal monitor...

Re: Failed GSync kit.
Well, I ripped the monitor apart, and everything was well plugged in, and the boards have no discernible damage...
I guess the chip just gave out.
I'm going to put the OEM scaler back in, and see if nVidia will let me get it fixed or replace it or something.

Failed GSync kit.
Yeah... So I was one of the winners of the GSync contest back when Blur Busters ran it... Today, my screen did a soft flash, my PC thought the monitor disconnected, and now my GSync display is just white. Soon as I turn it on, the screen goes white. Doesnt matter if there is a video cable plugged in...
