Re: Electricity input lag fix !

Spread spectrum is a technology used by motherboards manufacturers to reduce EMF emissions. This is accomplished by modulating the system bus clock, which in turn modulates the CPU speed. This source of modulation can cause timing jitter in the entire system, and even if it might be very subtle it ...

Re: Diablo 2 Blurry when character is in motion

Try this: Things To Try Disable multimonitor (test only one monitor connected -- other monitor unplugged) Test with G-SYNC ON, the overdrive behaves different. Test with G-SYNC OFF, try manually changing different overdrive settings Test at lower Hz, with ULMB ON. Try 85 Hz ULMB motion blur reductio...

Re: Is motion blur directly related to strobe visibility or not?

Okay, then you can tell me what the refresh rate of the display should be to look perfectly sharp (about 95-99% of the time) in motion for a 24 inch 2560x1440 screen (now I have 82 hz) . I think Chief already answered you, it's roughly 1000 Hz on a sample-and-hold display unless you restrict moveme...

69 votes for the XG2431, nice :D These look like organic votes on RTINGS Voting Page for Which Monitor To Review — the counter is increasing slowly as if they’re voted by real users. I rather have real users vote rather than bots or manufacturers. That said, it is fair game for any of you willing B...

Re: [Blur Busters Approved XG2431 - 24" 240Hz IPS] ViewSonic unveils monitors for 2021 (The new 240Hz 24" king?)

This is all truly excellent. It honestly sounds like my perfect monitor. Or, at least, the closest thing we can reasonably expect with today's technology. One thing I'm curious about is whether it can single strobe at 50Hz? I know that to many people 50Hz strobing might seem like it would be too fl...

Re: Control freeze on Rtx 3090 - is my card unstable?

Try testing a small underclock (100-200MHz lower) and/or add better cooling. New GPUs try to crashproof itself by temporarily freezing (thermal throttling and the new GDDR6 retroactive error correction algorithm via repeat-reading the memory until successsful. GDDR6 is more advanced error correction...

Re: Electricity input lag fix !

There’s no single universal fix for all EMI problems that cascade to input lag (e.g. error correction lag) But... There are times where spread spectrum pros massively outweighs cons in a high-EMI environment. Although I personally keep it off as I am not in a high-EMI environment, it may produce bet...

Re: 144Hz vs 240hz vs 360hz Test

But my aim is so consistent when playing 144Hz with the TN, i'm like an aim god. I even farm at apex legends which i dont play much. Is there any chance my mind is processing wrong the enemies movement at super high HZ and messes my aim? Any ideas ? Notice here that if i lock my fps at 144, i dont ...

Re: [Blur Busters Approved XG2431 - 24" 240Hz IPS] ViewSonic unveils monitors for 2021 (The new 240Hz 24" king?)

Am I the only one who is excited about the combination of 4K and PureXP in the XG320U. Great pixel density and, hopefully, great motion clarity. I am aware that 4K panels are more difficult to tune than FHD ones, but anyway it will be really interesting to see what the Blur Busters can achieve here...

Re: [Blur Busters Approved XG2431 - 24" 240Hz IPS] ViewSonic unveils monitors for 2021 (The new 240Hz 24" king?)

Hi Chief! I'm really curious about this monitor so I have a couple of questions, don't know if you can answer them: -Do we know if this monitor support 4K 60HZ signals on consoles like it does the Benq EX2510? This feature has not been tested, but I will test it within the next internal validation ...
