where you unreaz?? another guy say that settings working for him in games but that is tcp connection, how you explain that??
There is nothing you can do on the client side that could improve your connection to the outside world. The only option is a VPN. I don't believe in NIC tweaks or ...

you should enable reflex and gsync, vsync off. CS2kitchen on Youtube made some good tests regarding that.
