(I still don't know what exactly DSC is, so please ignore my ignorance. What I mean by without DSC in this topic is bringing back "Integer Scaling" and being able to create custom resolutions/refresh rates in nvidia control center)
I wanted to use old NVIDIA drivers but DSC won't work below ...
