So for some reason I reinstalled windows again becouse it didnt fix the input lag and I actually found out that setting the registry tweaks I had there actually caused input lag for some reason while playing on faceit so I wouldnt reccomend doing anything in registry if you are really seriously ...

This was initially reddit post but wanted to also spread it over here what I have found. And also would need someone who underestands windows Firewall and these settings and why changing them fixed my input lag on Faceit servers that require Faceit AC which is kernel lever AC.

This will be basically repost of what I did so far to reduce my input lag the last step which I never seen anywhere regarding Faceit servers input lag only helped me basically achieve 99.8% sucess. 99.8 becouse I still feel different lets say playing on comm servers but its almost 1:1 feeling.
