powen on pc, dont touch anything, download cru, open restart64.exe, it restart your gpu driver.

This actually does have an affect. Restarting my graphics driver "fixes" the broken G-Sync.

If you're looking for help from someone knowledgeable, this forum isn't the place to look. I have an important question: after you've performed your tricks, is your gameplay 100% stable throughout the entire session, or does it get worse over time/after restarting your PC?

I have the alienware 360hz qd-oled and I turned gsynce on and I went 40/10 three times in a row because of how responsive and quick it felt. But it feels like it gets worse and worse the longer I have the game on. I try not to alt tab as well. I genuinely don't know what it is that is causing this ...

Now I see your post and it's the same issue I've been having.
G-Sync/VRR is not active, yet having it "on" but disabled still affects the input latency ...
