I am also getting this infuriating issue. Whatever method I use I cannot get windows to recognize the tool as an mstar device. It shows up as Dual RS232 for me. When I run the ISP software the "your print port will not work!" message always comes up. I've tried Valan's post and moving ftd2xx.dll ...
