Why is RTSS so much better than just about any other program or in-engine solution when it comes to frame-rate capping? If it does, it's negligible. I keep shadow play on at all times. It's especially useful for battlefield. Man oh man do I wish shadow play was around years ago. I just recorded this one today.

Sorry for the late response, but here it goes. Not exactly. 3D Vision 2 uses Lightboost, which is a blur reduction method very similar to ULMB. You can use it at 120Hz and 100Hz.
