This is interesting! I'm a complete noob at this. Assuming I have the 3D vision kit and an Nvidia GFX card, how would I get 3Dvision to work on the FG2421? Of course, u wouldn't any kind of "emitter emulator" if u own the 3d Vision Glass Kit, (Glasses + IR-Emitter). I had my trouble running my Kit with the FG2421, till i enable 240Hz Mode ^^ I must admit, WOW! The 3d-depth is amazing. No need of faked EDID or registry-hacks. CRT-Mode and 240Hz, voila!...

Does anyone know if G-sync would work if the monitor is connected via a DP switch (i.e. two DP sources connected to a switchbox which connects to the monitor), where one source is the PC and another source is a set-top box using a HDMI-to-DP adapter?

Just wondering if there is any way to do this. Apparently, any monitor which supports 120hz refresh can theoretically support Nvidia's 3D Vision? As per topic - if your FPS in games is actually lower than your monitor's refresh rate (say, you get 85 FPS but your monitor's refresh is 144hz), would G-sync give you any benefit?
