Does adjusting the Luminance via the softMCCS utility have the same effect that lowering the brightness in the toastyX strobelight utility had? i.e. providing less motion blur?

What does this do? Does it make the picture look better on the monitor?
If this gives any improvement I want to use it, just looking for some more info is all.

I was able to slide in the cable without lifting up the terminal. I'm not convinced the terminal on my board even lifts up. The terminal in the youtube walkthrough looks different than mine

I really hope someone is working on a hack for the ULMB mode. It's disappointing that it's not as good as 10% lightboost (which is what i used)
That said, I'd probably still stick with gsync for gaming. 10% lightboost made browsing certain forums way better.

I gsync'd my asus monitor and I'm liking that I can't adjust the strength of the ULMB mode. 10% lightboost gives better motion clarity than ULMB mode.
