Re: Do the "Optimal G-SYNC Settings" apply to AMD cards?

As an AMD user, my question is does the advice to enable FreeSync and V-Sync together apply the same way it does for G-SYNC and V-Sync? Has this actually been tested with AMD hardware? Yes and yes. Base VRR behavior is base VRR behavior, regardless of branding. That said, unlike Nvidia, I've heard ...

Btw, if I play in 60Hz with BFI then I won't need an HDMI 2.1 cable, correct?
Correct. HDMI 2.0 supports up to 4k 60Hz 4:4:4.

Re: LG OLED CX 120Hz BFI

Unfortunately, you can't enable BFI in 'PC' mode." So what does that mean exactly. Can I still enable BFI when connecting a PC to the C1? It means you can enabled it when using a PC, but if you set the input to "PC Mode," BFI won't be available. You can use your PC on the C1 with or without PC Mode...

Re: Visible spaces in fast mouse movement

You either don't have the issue, or are ignorant to how a mouse is supposed to function it seems? Great, the passive-aggressive OP comments begin here then (it's inevitable with these type of threads, but it took you longer than usual, at least)... The burden of proof is on you here, and you've fai...

Re: Visible spaces in fast mouse movement

Devmgr still showing as the 1968 driver. The chipset versions I downloaded from ASUS and forced on my system are the versions with the 1968 year, FYI. It may be the same with yours. Any newer versions would have to be released by Microsoft at the OS-level, and for me, the only "newer" versions on W...

Re: Visible spaces in fast mouse movement

Hi there, To clarify EPP is only re-enabling itself when attempting to install the chipset driver on reboot. It does not do this under normal boot circumstances. I attempted the CMD command, but same result. Says successful, please reboot. Reboot. Revert. Have you tried running SDI, and if so, what...

Re: Visible spaces in fast mouse movement

Ok, so I've been messing around a bit and think I may have located the source of my issues but possibly with no current workaround. The issue is chipset. I have attempted to download and install chipset driver multiple times, but after every reboot the default 1968 out of date version driver reinst...

No doubt the Chief will see this and start cleaning this thread up soon (a few of these messages can be outright deleted, seeing as they have nothing to do with the thread subject), so I'd refrain from posting any more off-topic messages until then, lest you both dig yourselves a bigger hole.
