I love this mostly because it means I can stop thinking about getting a 240 hz that I really don't need, because my current monitor is fine and I almost never game anymore.

Antique ASUS VG278HE running at 50% Strobelight. Keyboard is Noppoo Choc Mini and the mouse is a Logitech G305 (great mouse!).

I'm waiting for more reviews/info about the new AORUS 0.5 ms 240 hz monitor. I feel like it might finally be worthwile to upgrade.

[ 2. Eye-track the moving UFO. Vertical lines disappear due to motion blur, but you see stars better. I can see the vertical lines clearly even when I track the UFO. Can you not? For modern LCDs that has a GtG of ~1ms (to >90% completion) my experience is visually perceived motion blur (persistence) is reliably a function of refresh rate -- so you'll have 1/240sec persistence. 240fps@240Hz will have half the motion blur of 120fps@120Hz.
