Yes my second monitor is at 60hz vs my gaming monitor of 165hz. Well I'll keep playing around with the settings to see if I find a fix. BTW, I'm still loving the recommended settings for my setup. It's like the secret sauce for perfect butter lol.

As long as you don't want tearing, yes, you need Nvidia control Panel V-sync "On" with G-SYNC enabled. Ever since they introduced the v-sync setting with G-SYNC, there has been serious confusion and paranoia among the average user.
