some additional info for this topic - I have a 2720z and a XL2540 and to keep it simple. All testing for me is Overwatch 300 fps, no blur reduction just purely trying to get the best input 'feel' 2720z DVI-D - feels great but the refresh difference is noticeable after some months of owning the XL254...
