The numbers also tell us that Acer Nitro 390hz doesn´t even belong to top 10 most responsive monitors on rtings, pixel response time wise. The top 10 is obviously full of Oled and TN screens , from 120hz to 240hz (so the 390hz can´t even make up for it)

I´m happy that Rtings finally reviewed this model! Now I can tell other users on this forum that it isn´t the fastest monitor on anything, be it input lag with strobing or response times, without mad buyers saying "do you have proof? It is the fastest monitor ever, deal with it etc etc etc"

They are the same panel/model, even same stand and design. Just the Itek version is overclocked to 288hz. These monitors must be produced by other brands for sure. Try to look on amazon US for 288hz TN monitors ...

He considered it the best 240hz monitor money can buy for e-sports and faster than the Nitro 390hz. I can´t imagine it being faster than Asus XG249CM or Aoc G24Z2 (both using BOE panels it seems). It´s a shame I can´t test it, as it is not available on Europe.

Yes, that technology Will be available on the upcoming laptops. Asus will release a laptop with 4k 120hz screen that can be switched to 1080p 360hz or 1440p 240hz.

Slight OT: in the presentation nvidia claimed that 27" 1440p improved accuracy by 3% compared to 24" 1080p in their FPS aim tester program. What do you guys think about this? Perhaps there is truth to it, or perhaps they're just trying to move more people towards 1440p and therefore need a higher ...

For anyone interested, Ozone released his 360hz monitor aswell. It is a freesync one, as the Acer Nitro. It doesn´t reach 390hz out of the box tho. It is also much cheaper here (400€).

It is called Ozone DSP25 Ultra and has an advertised 0,6ms response time (ofc not realistic).
