which one is more smooth more good with 1300 or 1500 trick and with blur reduction program? which is better

So it is acceptable at 75Hz what does it mean? Whats that flicker? Yes, 75Hz flicker is less severe than 60Hz flicker. It's still too much for some people though. VT1500 only works on some monitors.
