Re: Viewsonic XG270 with 'PureXP" MBR [pre-tuned by Blur Busters!]

Curious in this monitor even though I’m not a fan of 1080 at 27” I do wish to move away from TNs picture quality while still retaining good panel performance. I may be an outlier but I also like to have great performance at 60hz for console use and was curious to know if the input lag on this displa...

Re: Comprehensive, Scientific 240hz Accuracy Analysis

I wonder if Linus is still stumped about the results cause he kept bringing up the 12ms difference not once thinking about the input lag difference from running the game at 240hz vs 60hz. This test is unfortunately not great either, they used 3 people with different reaction times and skill levels a...

Re: MSI Oculux 24.5" NXG252R 0.5ms 240hz now available!

First image is my G pro wireless at 800 dpi 1000hz, second image is a brand new deathadder elite i just got in today also 800 dpi 1000hz. Not sure what happened with the deathadder and the little hiccup it had as more tests showed it performing pretty much identically for that plot the only differen...

Weight 67grams (Matte) and 68 grams (Glossy) because of her weight, do you like it so much? Lightweight, buttons, feet/glide, sensor implementation, software (not intrusive, light), separate buttons from shell, wheel. It´s a masterpiece. But long mice do not fit my hand well, altho I am having grea...

Re: Frame times dont match with frame rate, causing stutteri

I can suggest something that has helped me in the past if it wasn't already mentioned in the thread as i just skimmed through most of it.

Try getting msi utility v2 and turning on msi mode interrupts for your gpu driver and then see if it has any improvements to the stuttering.

Re: Lowest input delay 240hz monitor?

The problem with the Asus XG248Q is that the panel coating is so aggressive that it suffers badly from grainy/smearing effect on fast movements, going against the purpose of having 240hz; while the XG258Q doesn´t suffer from that. If it's that bad i would just take the matte film off like i did on ...

Re: Lowest input delay 240hz monitor?

AlienWare AW2518HF input lag at 60hz is seriously bad. I also play a lot of PS4 and can´t reccomend that monitor for 60hz usage, at all. XG248Q and XG258Q are both very fast at 60hz. Asus VG258QR is also very fast at 60hz. VG258QR seems kind of pointless doesn't it if its just 165hz? I see they adv...

Re: Lowest input delay 240hz monitor?

Do we know what the delay is like on the AW2518HF at 60hz? I'd like to use it for PC/Console and would like the delay to be 10ms or less not 14.5ms like the Benq 240hz rtings reviewed which is basically in the territory of very fast TVs. I used to have an AW2518H and liked it a lot of PC use but my ...

Re: New Nvidia driver Gsync support - Gsync Ceilling problem

On this subject, while it doesn't mean the G-SYNC compatible FreeSync monitors aren't jumping out of the VRR range, the built-in refresh rate meters exhibited this spiking to max refresh rate periodically during my G-SYNC 101 tests, and on both a genuine 144Hz and 240Hz G-SYNC monitor paired with a...
