There are two gifs with OSD settings.
Setting named MPRT is seen only for 144hz model (with buttons on front side)
240hz model have back side buttons and there's no MPRT option shown.

Remember, you can't do 240Hz strobing with low strobe crosstalk.

With some careful CRU tweaking, the XL2546 can do 144Hz strobing MUCH better (less crosstalk) than the XL2420Z does, if you use Large Vertical Totals. An apples-vs-apples.
