Re: overwatch buffering reduction vs nvidia LLM Ultra ??

It seems that Overwatch's "Reduce buffering" should be working the same way that Nvidia's LL Ultra. Though it's hard to tell, how they can interfere when both enabled.

Re: LG 27GK750F-B - 240Hz, 27" 1ms Blur reduction, Freesync

I believe my next monitor will be based on newer "0,5ms" panel, either 1080 or 1440p one. Not sure XL2740 worth buying from LG today in late 2019. You are a monitor geek, I'm not, and I just feel easy if even XL2740 does have this minor edge over LG. From a competitive gaming basis, I also feel how ...

Re: LG 27GK750F-B - 240Hz, 27" 1ms Blur reduction, Freesync

How much the input lag really is? I always rely on tftcentral to check if its ok or not. They got this: https://www.tftcentral.co.uk/reviews/lg_27gk750f.htm: https://i.imgur.com/q9Pf0Xh.png I asked Simon from TFTCental and he answered me that they tested both 1:1 and default Full wide mode and it m...

There is a new LG OnScreenControl version released. http://gscs-b2c.lge.com/downloadFile?fi ... j65rKGm5pw
Other LG monitors were getting their updates through this software. Has anyone checked it yet?

Re: LG 27GK750F-B - 240Hz, 27" 1ms Blur reduction, Freesync

lower latency tweaking. like vtotals? also i do notice a little stutter in the ufo tests. any ideas how to fix that? update: when i run the MBR test for strobe crosstalk it seems like its bouncing from one shadow to two. i guess its "acceptable". anyway i can make it better? All optimal settings ar...

Re: LG 27GK750F-B - 240Hz, 27" 1ms Blur reduction, Freesync

To destutter/dejitter your strobed mode and remove all those double image crosstalk: 1. Try hertzroom below to reduce strobe crosstalk. 144Hz strobed on 240Hz strobed has less crosstalk than 240Hz. Chief , for a given monitor, 240hz strobed has lowest crosstalk, it is less visible then in 144hz str...

Re: LG 27GK750F-B - 240Hz, 27" 1ms Blur reduction, Freesync

It's hard to get it on camera, i posted a picture but i'll try to describe it too, it looks like there's a grid when moving the camera ingame and it has the same effect on the ufo tests etc on 120 and 240p/s, it doesn't show that much in higher speeds, again switching between the 2 panels and i can...
