I've felt this as well. Not only in csgo but most fps games.I think it's because the internet is more stable during the night. Or maybe its because Im more focused?

Hardware Unboxed findings on this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VtSfjBfp1LA The testing HWU performed for that video was a mess. Their testing was totally inconsistent (different set of tests for each game) and they managed to convince themselves they'd at least partially refuted Battlenonsense'...

Dont break your head because of this. This is normal behaviour. This is something Microsoft has to work on but they probably wont.

If the frametime graph looks smooth it's probably monitor or mouse related. Try turning on vsync. It should look 100% smooth with vsync enabled. If it's not then theres something wrong with your hardware or you're using a super low mouse polling rate and you're sensitive

Ryzen has higher input lag than Intel and there is little you can do about it. It's why I switched to a 9700K from a 2700 only a year later. Hey what ram speed where you running for zen 1 and now zen 2. showed my buddie this post and brought that up. Assuming they are both using the same speed while zen2 asks for 3600Mhz. interested in seeing this test with a spectrum in ram speed. My previous rig was an intel one I am using 3000mhz now...
