Re: Using a reshade black frame insertion shader fx?
LG 4K OLED already support single strobe at 60hz as far as I am aware, I couldn't afford a 4K oled TV at the time when I bought my currently LG NANO TV but it also supports 60hz strobing and is my current go to retro gaming and 60hz locked games (Elden Ring!). No need to worry about software BFI on ...

Re: Asus RoG Strix XG27AQM
Thanks checking and posting, glad I went with the XG270 then, I am gonna stick with that until some decent QD-OLED options come out, the Dell Alienware looks amazing but its missing MBR.

Re: Good News Everyone: 60Hz Single Strobe Options
With Elden Ring out and capped at 60fps, how is everyone playing this game? Personally I am playing it a LG TV which has a single strobe option at 60hz, otherwise I am playing it with vrr on my monitor. But prefer the 60hz strobing option as its overall much more clearer in motion. We really do need...

Re: Best 240Hz 27" Monitor?
If you have the budget, go for a 1440p monitor since you dont have the XG270 available, I really suffered in looking for a decent screen which had strobing with the lowest cross-talk. I pretty much shortlisted these screens below ASUS XG27AQM VRR, strobe range 240hz+ but locked od during strobing, w...

Re: Gaming 1440p monitor recommendation
In the same boat buddy, I would start by asking yourself what are you priorities in a monitor? is back light strobing for blur reduction important? HDR? If your not concerned about strobing there are plenty of great monitors for 1440p 240hz or even 4K 144hz for that price range. Copy pasting from th...

1440p 240hz Monitor with the widest strobing range
So after doing extensive research, I was only able to find one 1440p 240hz+ monitor which was able to strobe from 85hz to its max 270hz using ELMB SYNC.
Please correct me if I am wrong, I was also wondering what's the max refresh range on the newer ULMB monitors is still capped to 120hz?

Re: Asus RoG Strix XG27AQM
Think I'll return my XG27AQM on monday. I find the XB273UGX to perform better with no overshoot during ULMB use. Both look near identical and the only real edge the asus holds for me is the out of box calibration and less ips glow. Acer also is over a 100 euros cheaper for me. Does the Acer XB273UG...

Re: Using a reshade black frame insertion shader fx?
I got it to work! It's a tiny C++ program, if you want to compile it, it uses the Windows Driver Kit for a v-sync function.
