Take apart a monitor to fix backlight bleed
My dell s2417dg has an annoying backlight bleed at the very bottom (1 cm high, but stretches all the way from left to right). I am thinking about taking the monitor apart and taking a look at what can be done to fix it. Do you think I could repair it, if I get all the way to the panel itself? I also...

Re: BenQ UNIVERSAL 144Hz->220Hz OVERCLOCK for 1080p 144 Hz
I have xl2430 with S-Switch and latest firmware and I can't get past Out of range promt. Pressing S-Switch 1-3 buttons doesn't do anything, oorbuster and oorfixer also don't work. Am I screwed?

I also had similar issue with my xl2430. Fixed it by swtiching from DP to DVI.

Re: BenQ UNIVERSAL 144Hz->220Hz OVERCLOCK for 1080p 144 Hz
Hi, guys Tried the settings in nvidia cp on Xl2430. At 200hz I think I can see some kind of horizontal scanlines (the image is less solid, so to say, than at 144hz) and some shimmering. And at 210 and 220 the right side of monitor looks messed up (attached a photo), text becomes hard to read. Am I d...

Re: Acer XB252Q, can see pixel transitions
Sadly, no. ULMB, OD, GSYNC, FPS, resolution have no effect on this. Although, extreme OD seems to cover up this effect a bit because of coronas, still present, though.

Acer XB252Q, can see pixel transitions
So I have this Acer Predator XB252Q, which is really nice, but in some cases I notice something strange. Not sure if it's an artifact of not. If I look at something bright (sky, candles, lamps) and don't move, everything's fine. But when I move my mouse, pixels start to look more defined, I am start...
