Re: Help with G-sync!!! [refresh rate problem; 680 SLI]
I thought this might all be because I had my original 60hz monitor still plugged in as a second screen. This is your issue right here, most likely. Other people have had issues w/Nvidia drivers and identifying available refresh rates when multiple monitors are plugged in at the time of driver insta...

Re: GSync + SLI + Shadowplay = 1/2 FPS [even when not record
I've posted a video that may help other users experiencing this issue. This refers to Nvidia Inspector settings for BF4, but it seems to help w/other games, too, if you're using similar SLI and Variable Refresh Rate settings for those other game profiles.

Re: Will somebody help me calibrate my Asus GSync monitor ?
So, while the settings for luminance and contrast seem to work, the SoftMCCS color settings actually do nothing. The ICC profile works fine, but I can literally max or min any color and nothing happens. I think something is missing here. Are you selecting the User 1 bullet and clicking Apply? I bou...

Re: Will somebody help me calibrate my Asus GSync monitor ?
I just wanted to post back and say that I tried the method used by xCaraggbaj and that ICC profile looks great at 120 or 144. ULMB looks pretty good too, though admittedly I don't really use that setting much. I did find bumping up the Luminance setting to about 40 was more in line with how I liked ...

Re: GSync + SLI + Shadowplay = 1/2 FPS [even when not record
I posted this on the GeForce forums a few minutes ago, but as most of the users seem to be 15yr olds who are only interested in blaming Nvidia rather than troubleshooting, I thought it might be useful to post here: Around here, we believe in helping all vendors troubleshoot. NVIDIA, BENQ, ASUS, doe...

Re: XL2420z lighting review
One thing that potential buyers should keep in mind, is that I am releasing a Blur Busters Strobe Utility which will only work on the Z-series monitors with the newer firmware. People who would like to be able to adjust persistence (0.5ms persistence to 3ms) will be very interested in this utility ...

Re: XL2420z lighting review
Hello again Mr Buster. Will the upcoming BenQ xl2420G have both g-sync and Lightboosting? All the G-suffix monitors are G-SYNC versions, and would therefore have ULMB. However, as far as I know, ULMB doesn't have adjustable persistence like the newer BENQ Z-series firmware that BENQ Taiwan has. Mar...

Re: XL2420z lighting review
Motion however is great. When loading a game, the low persistence has made be a believer. Coming from a s-ips 60hz(aRGB) monitor its kind of like the first time you get glasses and realize how much of the world you've been missing. Loaded up BF4 and was easily able to track objects while moving qui...
