Re: ASUS ROG Swift 500Hz Announced!
Can u tell me your settings please? Turn off Overclocking in the monitor OSD, apply these CRU settings, and then run Restart64.exe. After that just select the 250Hz refresh rate like normal and turn on ULMB. The monitor OSD will report 360Hz (if the OSD is glitched looking, pull the monitor power p...

Re: [Help] Weird grid-like lines only when lowering refresh rate to 144hz
I have this exact same issue on my PG248QP 540Hz monitor at lower refresh rates. G-Sync at lower Hz looks horrible because of it. Currently going through the RMA process. I had to RMA my XG2431 in the past and was given a brand new monitor. The downside to Viewsonic's RMA process is you need to pay ...

https://blurbusters.com/60hz-ulmb-hack-howto/ This ULMB hack works for refresh rates below 360Hz. I was able to make a custom resolution at 250Hz and enable ULMB. UFO Ghost Test is night and day difference at 250Hz no ULMB vs ULMB enabled with custom pulse offset in the OSD menu. I'm still experienc...

Has anyone tried overclocking the XG2431 to 250Hz? Use case is for games that are locked at 250fps (Quake Live) and benefit from the quadruple sync that the chief mentioned in a different thread.

Re: ASUS ROG Swift 500Hz Announced!
If you're talking about the screen door effect, distance between pixels is more noticeable with this monitor then others. Not exactly sure why, goes away if you move around a bit. I've also found at different refresh rates it's more prevalent then at others. Monitor definitely has some strange nuan...

Re: LG 27” 1440P 480Hz OLED CES 2024
I just saw a video of someone walking by and looking at the Asus 480hz OLED.... and it was running blurbuster's UFO test. SOMEONE TAKE A PURSUIT VIDEO OF IT, I want to see how well 480hz OLED performs with the UFO test. https://twitter.com/BlurBusters/status/1745628193560645688 The Chief took one. ...

Re: ASUS ROG Swift 500Hz Announced!
I wonder if this display will be updated to support G-Sync Pulsar (ULMB + GSYNC at the same time). Maybe it will be made available via a firmware update or Nvidia driver release.

Use the Reflex Analyzer built into the monitor to see if there's a latency difference.
