Is flickering a problem for the "eye strain" issue? i read that if i use the brightness at 100%, there is no flicker at the screen. Hello, The XL2420T does have the old LightBoost function (compatible with ToastyX StrobeLight instead of BlurBusters Strobe Utility). If I am limited to those 3 monitors, and the used price was great, the VG248QE is the one to get. It is compatible with the LightBoost hack, and ToastyX Strobelight.
