First world problems: Two DELL UP3017s
Work just dispensed 2, Dell 3017 UP's for me to use.
My primary monitor is my 27 inch 165 hrz Predator.
Decisions decisions.
3 monitor set up with the 30 inches on the side?
Thoughts?

Re: Why I'm done with 240hz
Unless you have verifying / reproducible - objective data, It's generally considered anecdotal and opinion. I haven't bothered to look at your original thread, but I think it's important that users that don't have the technical equipment or knowledge to give good opinion and anecdotal experiences an...

Re: Overwatch: Spoofing refresh rate + above 400fps.
Sim is calculated theoretical input lag off of your fps/refresh rate.
There is still display specific lag.

Re: Why I´m done with 240hz!
I'll watch my fps but I don't have a problem with my set up to maintain 240+ on overwatch.
I agree that keeping the fps optimal is hard for the cpus.
The gpu utilization is under 80 percent so I know it's not a gpu bottleneck while cpu always is 80+.

Re: Is G-Sync still worth it or should I go FreeSync?
I think this depends on why you are buying the monitor. If you are playing a fps that depends on reaction time and motion free, you want high refresh rate and low input lag For example if you want the lowest input lag possible, you are going to be above the refresh rate of your monitor all the time ...

Re: New Nvidia driver Gsync support - Gsync Ceilling problem
What I'm saying is that driver might be doing things we don't know about. Does it stutter or does it not? That's the important thing. I get what you are saying about the stuttering. My question still stands. if I put a FPS cap on overwatch at 220, but I see frame variance on the hardware fps at 240...

Re: New Nvidia driver Gsync support - Gsync Ceilling problem
So the FPS reporting on the hardware itself is not accurate?
Just want to be sure that's what you're saying.

Re: New Nvidia driver Gsync support - Gsync Ceilling problem
It's unknown and may be monitor dependent. I tested the VRR on my acer 240hz and the monitor built in refresh rate reporting shows significant differences with in game refresh rate reporting. There is must be some latent variability that the software isn't able to control close enough rates appropri...
