If XG2431 is not available, which one should I go for? XG270, XG2705-2K, XG271QG.
I want to have fast and clear monitor and am not sure about whether if XG271QG has red phosphor issue or not.

XG240R RMA Process
Hello. I just bought 3 different ViewSonic monitors and all of them were defective. I just recently RMA'd XG240R and the service offered me "REF*XG2405-2" as exchange. I think it's refurbished monitor and as my monitor was defective out of box, I don't want to accept refurbished monitor as exchange....

Re: Looking for a 240 hz monitor
My unofficial internal tests for ViewSonic XG270 are showing a range of 2.9ms thru 3.6ms for VSYNC OFF 240Hz (PureXP=OFF) for Present()-to-Photons at 1000fps, stopwatched at GtG50%. (RTINGs ends the lag stopwatch earlier than I do, they do GtG2% which is barely human visible). In other words, ViewS...

Re: Gray Line on Monitor
Well, I just tested my monitor with HDMI 2.0 cable. If I set the Hz to 144, as I mentioned before, when I scroll down in dark colored pages, I can see horizontal lines. If I set Hz to 120, the horizontal lines are always visible fixedly. If I set Hz to 100, there is no horizontal lines. This case is...

Re: Gray Line on Monitor
It's a brand new monitor. I also noticed that, when I scrool down especially in some pages which has dark gray background, I see something like horizontal lines. it doesn't seem very clearly but it's like a shadow or something like that. I tried to take picture of it but it is not visible in photos.

Gray Line on Monitor
Hello. Today, when I surf the internet, the gray line appeared on the top left of monitor. I just turned off and turned on monitor but it was still there for at least 30 mins. After a while, when I was on some colored web pages, it disappeared automatically. Is this about my monitor? https://imgur.c...

ViewSonic XG240R Screen Tearing, Inversion Artifact, G-Sync
Hello. There are somethings that I can't make sure whether they are normal or not about my monitor. 1) Screen Tearing (While V-Sync-G-Sync Off) I was using ViewSonic XG2530 240hz until I RMA'd due to panel problems. I did not notice screen tearing too much while using it. However, I noticed screen t...

Re: ViewSonic XG240R Image Adjustment Problem
Am I the only one who can't see any difference in these photos? :P You are right. It is almost impossible to see difference in photos as the angles are not same. However, if you sit in front of monitor, you can easiliy notice it. They are just sample images to show the things that I am talking about.
