i didnt test the omen 25 you cant be sure if its same input lag/response time wise as 25xf until there be any reviews on it so i will go with XN253QX cause its use the last panel and have amazing response time

since there no reviews on omen x25 and i dont know what panel they use i will go with XN253QX 0.4ms gsync and they use last panel from auo M250HTN01.9 very good overdrive from the 253qx

Considering all the new monitors released, and wanting both a fast monitor in regard to input lag/response time and have a dedicated G-Sync module, would the OMEN X 25 and Predator XN253QN be the only runners?

You're confusing response time and input lag. Response time is pixel transition speed; speed at which pixels change colour. This more so affects perceived motion blur.
