A while back I bought some asus 27" ips (forgot the model now) and I could not stand the red fringing when using ELMB, did some research and found out it is due to some red KSF phosphor thing!
was wondering how common is this today in 2025 is it being used in many new IPS monitors?

I should warn that most 2021+ 1440p lcds use ksf backlight which causes red ghosting for strobe modes. And red ghosting is more apparent at lower refresh rates, so 120 Hz won't look ideal. If u can handle this, there are few options. I personally don't like ksf strobing at low Hz.

Hi there, congratulations, you got yourself the best non-Oled gaming monitor on the market. It uses the exact same panel as the glorious ViewSonic XG2431 approved Blur Busters monitor, but with 270hz refresh rate.

Very bad news again power company come today again to test. Seems like the problem are the photovoltaics/solar panels in my street every house has one the harmonics are way over the limits. They call on monday what they can change probaly nothing.....

Sadly weird results on daytime good Sinus wave good harmonics aswell sometimes it gets disrupted by a cooling unit he said, and at nighttime when it works 2500watt spike what is weird because we are asleep. But he send us the results tomorrow and we change the connections where the power comes ...

Just had the electrician from the power company here and he had the device for testing with him for the weekend until monday. He already told me something is wrong when i switch devices on or off my Voltage changes to much it should Not do that he said. Lets hope its fixable they will come ...
