Lastly I found this method to disable DWM on certain applications. Much easier to do than the aforementioned tweaks. I got a dispayport cable from a professional monitor, I noticed immediately how hard it was and immediately felt the braid of the cable. I have thoughts that almost all complete cables are crap.
