oh yes, ive found it too. it only works with display port and im using hdmi2.0. can u tell me what do u mean CRU part?

okay ive found article how to set up g-sync on freesync monitor,but in nvidia settings, i dont have that option,im using currenty 418.81 driver.

It seems someone managed to fix the issue by using a custom 240Hz mode and making sure to operate the display in freesync/gsync mode.
