So just to be clear, using Scanline Sync + V-Sync On is the better alternative to Framerate limit (FPS cap) + V-Sync On?
I'm assuming Scanline Sync prevents the V-Sync lag by not allowing the framerate to go over refresh rate? (just like FPS cap does)
