Yes, it happens to me too.Filodream wrote:Hello everyone,
I purchased this monitor a week ago and I am very satisfied. I have only one problem: sometimes when I switch it on it returns to the STANDARD image profile instead of the user-1 profile.
It's pretty boring. Does yours do too?
Thank you.

Okay, here are some settings to try out with your monitor. It works for both of mine--one I set a couple of brightness notches up and green is 2 lower. Re: Which monitor after VIEWSONIC XG2402 ????
I think it's a lot better than my old Acer monitor and just better than the Viewsonic. I have a very good experience with GSYNC. I m not sure that we should pay more than 500 bucks for non perfect monitors. The ASUS VG258QR might be a good idea because it's cheaper and i ll probably play with strobi...

Re: Which monitor after VIEWSONIC XG2402 ????
The pg258q is a good monitor and give me several options.
Input lag and strobing are fine. Strobing at 240 hz isn't satisfaying on xl2546, you can find a post explaining why (sorry i m too tired to look for it).
I ve read that Asus overdrive wasn't the best that's why i want
to try another one.

Re: Which monitor after VIEWSONIC XG2402 ????
I play a lot of fortnite aswell and trying to upgrade to a "perfect" 240 hz monitor from my good old vg248QE, I know atleast Tfue one of the best players in the world uses the pg258q at 240 hz, for whatever its worth :P Id like the option of strobing on 240hz aswell and not just 144hz, ugh its so h...

Re: Which monitor after VIEWSONIC XG2402 ????
Yes, for me it's better. I like playing with ULMB (Fortnite), GSYNC or sync OFF (Overwatch). I have been testing a PG258Q for ten days. The 3 options that Chief mentioned was pleasant. I don't know if i should try another 240Hz monitor. I don' think there is one who could give me a better experience...
